How do you become a trusted advisor to senior leaders within your organisation, and how do you earn the right to be heard in the first place?
It can be difficult to win the ear of your senior management team, and as a communicator you may need to find innovative methods to increase your personal influence.
One way is to demonstrate what communication skills you have to offer. For both internal and external communicators coaching can be a powerful transformative tool. Not just to produce change per se, but to develop the personal relationships and rapport which enable you to engage senior change agents in the first place.
